Advent Calendar 2024

Upping the tempo and energy a bit from yesterday's offering by Lynsey de Paul and Barry Blue, today's Advent Calendar entry comes courtesy of country music star Dwight Yoakam. Taken from his Christmas album Come On Christmas in 1997 (is that an ugly album design or what?), which mainly featured his interpretations of well-known holiday season tunes, his self-written Santa Can't Stay was the closing track. And rather great it is, too.
