Appropriately for a Sunday, drummer Akira Ishikawa brings us this mellow-but-mad take on Winter Wonderland. By the way, did you know that Winter Wonderland was first recorded in 1934 by Richard Himber and his Ritz-Carlton Orchestra (vocals by Joey Nash)? I didn't until just now.
Listen to Winter Wonderland.
Not available on Spotify, but the link takes you to the playlist for this year's Advent Calendar, where you can listen to the other selections so far.
The Spotify playlist for all the previous Advent Calendars is here. Note: The playlist is incomplete, as some of my calendar selections are just too obscure for Spotify.
Akira Ishikawa returns to the Advent Calendar for the fifth time.
