2008

September 11: Publication date in Sweden of my new book, ABBA - The Story: berättelsen om supergruppen. The book will also be published in Norway in October, Denmark in November, and in Finland at a date yet to be termined.

July 30 and August 1: I will appear on the "Writers' Stage" at Pride Park during Europride, which is held in Stockholm, Sweden this year. I will talk about my upcoming book, ABBA - The Story, and take questions from the audience. On Wednesday, July 30, you may catch me at 4.30 pm, and on Friday, August 1, at 3.30 pm. On the Wednesday, the Swedish ABBA tribute band Arrival will also be performing in Pride Park, giving that particular day something of an "ABBA theme"!

Week beginning July 7: Some time during this week an ABBA/Mamma Mia! feature, for which I was interviewed, will be published in USA Today. The feature will be available online.

July 7: I have recorded special introductions to a number of Mamma Mia!-related ABBA songs, which will air during Sirius Satellite Radio's two-week ABBA Radio. The broadcasts start on July 7.

July 6: Publication in the UK of an ABBA/Mamma Mia! feature in You Magazine, a Daily Mail Sunday supplement. I was interviewed for this feature, which will hopefully be available online.

July 4: Publication in Denmark of an ABBA/Mamma Mia! feature in the Politiken newspaper. I was interviewed for this feature, which will be available online.

June 25: Broadcast of an interview with me as part of the ABBA Week on ABC Radio 612 in Brisbane. The ABBA show runs between 3 and 6 pm, local Australian time, and my interview will probably be aired at 5.25 pm.

June 9: Publication date of a revised and updated version of Bright Lights Dark Shadows - The Real Story Of ABBA.

2007

December 3, 4 and 9: Broadcast on the Russian television channel CTC of a report on me and how my life has been intertwined with my ABBA-related work. The report is a part of the programme Stories In Details.

November 26 and December 12: Release of ABBA - The Movie in HD-DVD and Blu-ray formats.

October 15: Projected release date for ABBA - The Album - Deluxe Edition , featuring my research and liner notes.

September 1: Broadcast in Sweden of the ABBA documentary previously shown in the US, the UK, Australia, Poland, and perhaps elsewhere (see Projects and events for December 22, 2005). The programme will be broadcast on the TV 4 channel.

March 20: Projected publication date in Germany of ABBA - Story und Songs kompakt, a translation of the 2005 title ABBA - The Complete Guide To Their Music.

February 10: Broadcast in Australia of what appears to be the interview I did with Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Lasse Hallström for the Special Edition of ABBA - The Movie. It is broadcast on the MAX channel at 1.30 pm under the title Benny & Bjorn: Looking Back.

January 24: Broadcasts in the US and Poland of the ABBA documentary previously shown in the US, the UK and Australia (see Projects and events for December 22, 2005).
